Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, your hijab must meet these conditions:
- Unworn & Unwashed: No signs of wear, perfume, or makeup stains
- Original Packaging: Tags still attached and folded properly
- Timeframe: Request initiated within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required
Final sale items (clearance, promotional discounts) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process

- Photos of the item(s)
- Reason for return

We’ll respond within 24 hours with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
